My life used to feel like a rat race? A continuous blur and quick passing of time that never seems to be mine to control? If you have ever felt this way, you are not alone.
I graduated college eight months ago and I have to say things were not as expected. I consistently seemed to be out of time juggling both my personal life and my newly minted career. It was insane!
Donโt get me wrong, I was living the life I day-dreamed about during my college years. The issue was that my time never seemed to be mine to control. The weekdays seemed to blend into one another and the weekends flew past quickly.

I finally had enough of the merry go round and my response was โNo more Netflixingโ, and the need to implement TV management. Mind you, I reference Netflix here because it is my go to TV subscription.
A few months ago, I sat down to take audit of my time and I quickly realized how much I time I spent watching Netflix each week.
That was time I could have spent starting a blog, learning a new language, meeting new people or traveling!
To navigate this process I began journaling, and auditing my time in my planner. My favorite go to planner is the Freedom Mastery Life Planner

I applied this rule, and eventually got around to starting that blog-you are reading it!
Give this a try, let me know your thoughts in the comment section!
Usually don’t watch Netfix. But I spend a lot of time on youtube
Hi Lee,
Thank you for your comment on the post. Social media can be another source of distraction that needs to be managed as well. I believe balance is key in all things.

Hi Victor,
Thank you for reading through the post. I agree. The main message here is to stress on the need to limit distraction and maintain balance in all things.
